The real purpose of this session is  for new and inexperienced  shooters to  get comfortable on the line,  and become familiar with the basic mechanics of shooting while becoming proficient with a handgun. I find that very often1 session will get a student capable qualifying for his or her CHL. As a note of interest over half my students are  female.

I have successfully taught the basics of shot gunning to literally hundreds of boy scouts and many others over the last 15 years.

Effectively  shooting a shotgun comes naturally to very few people however when the correct basic techniques are learned almost anyone can become proficient .
